1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of ZovaStore (the "Service"), operated from zovastore.in. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@zovastore.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
ZovaStore helps discover publicly available business information, enrich it from public websites, organize it in a CRM, and export or act on it. Discovery and enrichment rely on open/public data sources and ZovaStore's own website crawler, which is designed to respect robots access controls, reasonable rate limits and applicable source terms.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to harvest data in violation of a website's terms, robots directives or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, CAPTCHAs, or rate limits, or to abuse the crawler against third-party systems.
- Do not use collected data for spam, harassment, or unlawful unsolicited communication.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account, leads, exports or billing data.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or credit enforcement, or interfere with shared infrastructure; doing so may lead to restriction or suspension.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and anti-spam law (such as India's DPDP Act) when you use leads obtained through the Service to contact businesses.
5. Credits, Plans and Billing
Certain actions consume credits allocated by your plan. Credit balances, usage and plan limits are enforced on our servers. Paid plans are billed through Razorpay; by subscribing you authorize the applicable charge. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
6. Data You Submit or Collect
You retain rights to data you import. Data ZovaStore discovers or enriches on your behalf is drawn from public sources and is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or currency, and you are responsible for verifying it before relying on it commercially.
7. Owner Operational Retention
As described in our Privacy Policy, ZovaStore retains an operational backup of certain account and lead-job data to our own owner mailbox for support, abuse-prevention and business continuity purposes.
8. Termination
You may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the Service, or pose a security risk.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZovaStore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on discovered/enriched data.
10. Availability
We may perform maintenance, updates or security interventions that briefly affect the Service. Features that are planned but not yet implemented are shown as Coming Soon and are not part of any plan until they are live.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and significant changes may also be communicated by email.
